So here it goes, my first attempt at blogging...my husband's response to me starting a blog, "But you aren't even funny!" Thanks, babe! Only time will tell if I will be successful (or funny), but I will at least attempt to keep this updated fairly regularly on all the latest Baby Sattler News.
Well tomorrow I will officially be 16 weeks pregnant, and I am finally feeling human again. The last 10 weeks have been mostly filled with nausea, occasional vomiting, some really weird meals, and LOTS of sleeping. Yep, you know you are old (or pregnant) when 8:30 p.m. is considered late! Now that I am starting to feel better, and actually caring what I look like again, most days the most commonly heard phrase around our house is "Does this make me look pregnant?" Poor Brian has been extremely tolerant, and of course tries to reassure me that indeed I actually AM pregnant! My attempts at hiding it are over though, since today marks the first day that someone sweetly informed me "Hey, you are starting to show!" Guess it's official now, and I might as well embrace it because for the next 24 weeks or so I'll be rocking a bump! One of these days I might even gather the courage to post a belly pic!
